Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands
“Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength”
Sigmund Freud
My Story
It all began with a vision which started a life long journey.
Leisa just couldn’t sit back and watch the world go by. Right from when she was in her early twenties she could see how much distress was in the world and how many people needed help.
After having her family at a young age, and struggling along with the ups and downs of child rearing as most of us do…the years soon flew by. The kids grew up and just like that...Leisa and her husband became grandparents of several!
Her fascination with people led Leisa to go to University and begin her journey to make a difference to the lives of others.
"So off to University I went…I just absorbed the information, my knowledge grew as did my understanding and empathy for people.
Whilst there, I started working with the most amazing but vulnerable people with every sort of trauma and mental health issue imaginable. Over the years I’ve worked with clients from Adolescence, to Adulthood, up to the more Mature Aged and have enjoyed every moment. I have met some amazing people from all walks of life...but no matter who they are they all have common needs…the need to feel heard, accepted, and respected".
Our relationships usually provide these needs but sometimes along the road of life we may find ourselves struggling to cope with problems.
Interpersonal struggles or Relationship issues are common in life as are Traumas.
That is where Leisa can help.
